Pherabook

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pherabook ("Pherabook", "we", "us"), workspace software for wedding photography studios. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Pherabook gives a studio a private workspace to capture enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram and web forms and to manage its leads, weddings, team, proposals, contracts, invoices and client communication. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of users you invite to your workspace. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Early access

Pherabook is currently offered as a free early-access program. Features may change and occasional interruptions can occur. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, we will give you notice before any charges apply, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance of the pricing.

Your data

The business data you put into Pherabook — your enquiries, clients, weddings, documents and messages — remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it to your authorized team in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting us.

Messaging channels and third parties

Where you connect a channel such as WhatsApp or Instagram, your use is also subject to Meta's applicable terms and policies, and we rely on Meta's Business Platform to deliver and send messages. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to message the people who contact you, and for complying with messaging-platform policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability or changes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Pherabook to break the law, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, infringe others' rights, attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Intellectual property

Pherabook, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Pherabook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request a copy of your workspace data within a reasonable period beforehand.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any disputes.
