Pherabook

Pherabook is workspace software for wedding photography studios. Each studio operates a private, isolated workspace for managing its enquiries, weddings, team, and client communication.
Account information: name, email address, and login credentials of studio team members who create an account or accept an invitation.
Studio business data: information studios enter about their work — enquiries, weddings and events, crew details, proposals, contracts, invoices, and client records.
Messages: where a studio connects a messaging channel (such as WhatsApp via Meta's Business Platform), inbound messages sent to that studio's connected number — including the sender's phone number, profile name, and message content — are received and stored so the studio can view and respond to them.
Solely to provide the service to the studio the data belongs to: showing conversations and client records to authorized studio staff, sending transactional email (such as account confirmation and invitations), and producing the studio's own reports. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers below.
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and the application is hosted on Vercel. Transactional email is delivered via Resend. Messaging integrations exchange data with Meta Platforms under their applicable terms. Each studio's data is isolated by row-level security; access within a studio is restricted by role.
Data is retained while the studio's account is active. Studios may request deletion of their workspace, and individuals may request access to or deletion of their personal data, by contacting us at the address below. Messaging data received in error is deleted on request.
If a government or law-enforcement authority requests personal data, we review the legality of each request before responding and only disclose the minimum information necessary to comply. We document any such request, our response, and the legal reasoning involved. We have not received any such request to date.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
